Remembrance Sunday Ceremony

Published: 22 October 2026

On behalf of Ammanford Town Council, we would like to extend a warm invitation to you and your organisation to attend this year's Remembrance Sunday Service on Sunday, 8 November 2026.

Remembrance Sunday provides an important opportunity for our community to come together to honour and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, as well as those who have served and continue to serve in the Armed Forces.

We would be honoured if you could join us for this important occasion and participate in the Act of Remembrance alongside local organisations, community representatives, veterans and residents.

Service Arrangements

The Remembrance Sunday Service will take place at All Saints Church, Ammanford, followed by a Memorial Service and wreath-laying ceremony at the Iscennen Road Memorial Gates.

• Date: Sunday, 8 November 2026
• Church Service: All Saints Church, Ammanford
• Church Service Time: 9:45am
• Memorial Service: Iscennen Road Memorial Gates, following the church service

Members of the public, local organisations and community representatives are warmly invited to attend both services as we come together in remembrance and reflection.
