APPOINTMENT OF ESTATE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Salary within grade 7-12 (pro rata SCP 7 – 12 - £26,403 - £28,598 p.a.)

Part time – 30 Hours Per Week

Ammanford Town Council is seeking an Estates and Administration Officer to help manage our estates, land, buildings, and facilities, while providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of council services.

This varied and rewarding role will see you:

  • Managing and maintaining council-owned land, buildings, and facilities.
  • Overseeing contracts, repairs, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Supporting council meetings with reports, records, and administration.
  • Supporting with budgets, procurement, and project delivery.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the community on estate and facilities matters.
